On Track Education Services are seeking an inspirational new Head Teacher for our not for profit, independent special school in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire.
The school provides education for up to 24 pupils aged 11 to 18 with behavioural, emotional, social and mental health difficulties opened 16 years ago and pupils are taught in very small groups, or 1:1, with a high staff support ratio.
In the most recent Ofsted inspection (December 2018) our school was judged as ‘Good’ in all categories. We support our pupils to fulfil their potential by giving them unconditional support, providing them with good quality teaching and empowering them to effectively manage their own behaviour.

Salary £45,150 - £64,485 per annum dependent on qualifications and experience.
