Support, nurture, inspire, empower.
The mission at our school is to provide pupils with a sense of success, both personal and academic, giving them the skills to make a positive contribution to society. We use the Thrive approach to develop healthy, happy, confident young people who are ready and open to learning. We give pupils access to a curriculum that provides a wide range of academic, vocational and outdoor learning experiences to sustain their interests and re-engage them in education. Every day at On Track is a fresh start. We aim to restore young people's self-confidence, self-esteem, self-control and self-motivation through a flexible, personalised, needs-led programme with unconditional care, nurture and support.
“This is a GOOD school” Ofsted 2020 – “There is a strong focus on meeting the needs of individual pupils. Pupils’ behaviour in lessons and around the school site is calm, orderly and well mannered. Leaders have created a strong and very well-developed ethos that permeates the school. Staff share leaders’ values and work well together as a team. As a result, this is a happy school where pupils value and trust the staff.”
