At On Track, we believe in empowering young minds to reach their full potential and thrive in an ever-changing world. Our Post-16 program is designed to provide a dynamic and supportive learning environment where students can excel academically, grow personally, and prepare for their future lives.

We foster skills such as critical thinking, creativity, resilience, and teamwork. Our supportive pastoral care ethos ensures that every student feels valued, respected, and equipped to face challenges with confidence.

Students study a bespoke programme which is designed to meet their individual needs.

"My son joined On Track 9 months ago after being out of education for four years.
It was a very stressful time, he had no social skills, wouldn't leave his bedroom and wasn't 100% happy about having to go to On Track.
We met Jo Holden and my son reluctantly agreed to try. In his mindset he'd go once or twice. The first few weeks were hard.
Jo started to find out things my son was in to and he started to do his drawings at college and then started cooking.
Fast forward nine months my son has passed his food and hygiene certificate.
He's started doing four days as he now does an art class. He's become more sociable and now leaves his room more often.
He bakes at home. With the help and support of on track he's also started his driving lessons and practicing his theory test at school.
With out On Track I don't know where my son would be today. But the future is bright as we apply for him to do his second year."
