Our School

At On Track Education in Northampton we believe that the individual needs of each young person come first.  Our dedicated team of professionals use their wide range of skills and experience to ensure positive academic and pastoral outcomes for all our students.

'This is a GOOD school' - Ofsted, 2022

We offer students the opportunity to achieve in a range of academic subjects, up to and including GCSE. In addition we offer BTEC qualifications in vocational subjects. To safeguard our young people’s emotional wellbeing, we provide robust support through regular key-working sessions and the THRIVE programme. Our young people’s emotional wellbeing is the key to success in all areas of their lives.

At On Track Northampton we strongly feel that every young person deserves the chance to demonstrate and fulfil their potential. Our team understand the difficulties that young people may experience; staff are trained to equip them with the skills necessary to manage future challenges.

Ofsted 2022:

Pupils are very proud of this friendly school. They are very well cared for. They are confident to share any worries with trusted staff. They feel safe.

Overwhelmingly, parents and carers speak highly about the school. Typically, a parent commented, ‘Fantastic school. My son feels cared for and feels valued. They support the whole family to give our son the best future.’

Leaders have developed a curriculum that is broad and ambitious. Staff support pupils with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) well.
They adjust the curriculum to meet these pupils’ additional needs.
