This is a fantastic opportunity to shape SEND provision in a small, nurturing school where you can make a genuine difference to the lives of young people.

Many of our pupils have communication difficulties, SEMH needs or additional learning challenges. Our nurturing environment enables pupils to thrive where traditional settings may not have worked for them.

The school will soon be opening a new site at Barnwell near Oundle, and the successful candidate will eventually work across both locations.

In February 2026, On Track Education Wisbech had a very successful inspection during which the school met all expected standards set by Ofsted, with a 'strong standard' met in attendance and behaviour, inclusion, and personal development and well-being.
