About us
In 2005, On Track Education was set up by a team of like-minded teachers as a not for profit company. Fast forward 18 years and we now have over 300 professionals working at our eight DfE registered and Ofsted inspected Section 41 independent special schools around the country; in North and South Devon, Northamptonshire, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and Wiltshire. On Track continues to grow and develop its specialist provision and seeks nurturing and passionate educators to join its team.
At our not for profit Independent Special Schools we are able to give students access to a curriculum that provides a wide range of academic, vocational and outdoor learning experiences to sustain their interests and re-engage them in education. Every day at On Track is a fresh start. We aim to restore young people's self- confidence, self-esteem, self-control and self-motivation through a flexible, personalised, needs-led programme with unconditional care, nurture and support. On Track currently has eight DfE registered and Ofsted inspected schools providing individualised accredited education programmes for young people aged 7-19.
