Welcome to On Track Silverstone!

At On Track, we believe that every young person deserves an education that feels supportive, personalised and meaningful. Like every On Track school, Silverstone has its own unique identity, shaped by the students and staff who are part of our community.

One of the things that makes our school so special is our setting. Located in the heart of the countryside on a working farm, we are surrounded by beautiful open fields, with sheep and cows often wandering close to the school grounds. Our rural environment helps create a calm and peaceful atmosphere where students can feel relaxed, safe and connected to the world around them.

Inside the school, we aim to create a calm, welcoming and creative environment where every student feels valued as an individual. As a small school with only a 40-student capacity, we can provide a highly personalised approach to learning, adapting support and educational experiences to meet the needs of each young person.

Positive relationships are central to everything we do. Through a nurturing environment and the Thrive Approach, we support students in building confidence, resilience, and emotional well-being alongside their academic progress.

It is often the smaller details that help students feel comfortable and able to be themselves. Students do not wear a uniform and staff are known by their first names, helping to create a relaxed and approachable atmosphere where strong relationships can flourish.
