Our story

We are a small, specialist day school where every young person is known, valued and supported. With a maximum of 24 places, our size allows staff to build meaningful relationships with each student and to understand and meet individual needs.

Here, every student is supported by a dedicated key worker who links school and home, shares information, and helps tailor education and care so that each young person can succeed. Our ethos is built around safety, belonging and trust: we are proud to be a Thrive School of Excellence, where wellbeing and personal development are at the heart of daily life.

At On Track Wisbech, we combine academic learning with practical, vocational, and life skills education to meet each pupil’s unique needs, interests, and potential. We offer a truly personalised learning experience designed not just to help students catch up, but to give them the confidence, skills and stability to look forward to their future.
